In Memoriam
With profound sorrow, we announce the passing of our beloved Dr. Zheng Lidong, who left us peacefully on March 21, 2026, at the age of 52, after bravely fighting illness for three months. Despite all efforts, she passed away in the early hours of the morning, surrounded by her loved ones.

Dr. Zheng was a cherished member of our clinic, respected and admired by both her patients and colleagues. She leaves behind two sons and two daughters, who were with her during her final moments, providing comfort and love.

We deeply mourn her loss and extend our heartfelt condolences to her family. Funeral arrangements will be shared separately.

Periodontics
Periodontal diseases can affect one or more of the periodontal tissues/structures. While there are many different periodontal diseases that can affect these tooth-supporting tissues/structures, by far the most common ones are plaque-induced inflammatory conditions, such as gingivitis and periodontitis. Often the term periodontal disease or gum disease is used as a synonym for periodontitis, specifically chronic periodontitis. ​ ​ ​
